Chef Lindsey Schoenfeld, RDN

Founder + Culinary Nutrition Expert

Lindsey is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Chef. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from Texas A&M University (06’) and a Certificate of Culinary Arts form the Culinary School of Fort Worth (’10).

In her 13 years of nutrition experience, she has been an Operation Specialist to twenty schools in Dallas ISD, Menu Planner/Dietitian at Mesquite ISD, and Director of Student Nutrition at Lovejoy ISD. She and Chef V founded To Taste in 2015. Chef Lindsey is also a member of Chef Cyndie’s K12 Culinary Team.

She and her husband, Andrew live in Austin, Texas with their two fruit loving little girls – Mabel (6) and Hattie (5), and yellow lab Daisy.

Personal Nutrition Philosophy

Chef Lindsey encourages people to stop looking for the “next big thing”. Make small changes, look for fewer ingredients, incorporate more whole foods, and always add more plants.

Passions

Chef Lindsey’s passions include a good cup of coffee, a moment of quiet time, baking, running, traveling, and preparing plant forward meals for her family.
